    La-a-la acts as a social network, an e -commerce platform, an interaction platform in the form of an IOS, Android and web mobile application, and a technological intermediation platform enabling you to request services from independent third-party providers.
    By using our products, we collect certain information about you. This information differs according to the activities you carry out, for example, whether you have a store, publish content or are a user (comments, purchases, store visits - in short, all your interactions on the platform except your private conversations). If you do not have an account, you are required to accept our policy as we collect your information.

    La-a-la needs the information in order to use it to your advantage when you install, use or access our services. The collection of your information depends on how you use our services. Some information is important and necessary in order to provide you with our services, such as providing your cell phone number to create an account and use our services.
    Some features are optional, and you'll need to provide information when you want to use them. And refusing to provide this information will prevent you from using said functionality. For example, for the application to access your location, you'll need to authorize access.
    Our products include sending messages, taking photos and videos, and buying and selling items. Your activity will depend on what you do with our products. We collect information about your activity on our products as well as the information you provide, including:
  • The content you create such as publications, comments or audio files.
  • The content you view : the user's News Feed contains publications related to his or her interests, i.e. publications that he or she usually looks for and likes. We collect this information and process it to return similar publications each time. 
  • Your account information : We collect your personal data. Personal data is information that can be used to identify a natural person directly by their first or last name, or indirectly by their telephone number or pseudonym. To create a la-a-la account, you must provide your telephone number and basic information such as your date of birth and e-mail address, including a profile (user) name of your choice. You have the option of modifying your data and providing us with updated information. Without this information, you cannot create an account on the platform. You can add your image as a profile, which is optional. All this information is saved.
    The user must choose a password, which, together with the user name, is strictly personal and non-transferable. The password must remain confidential and secure. The user undertakes not to divulge any part of his or her account or to allow any third party to access it. He/she is solely responsible for any use of his/her data, services that may be requested from a third party on the platform, or any other action carried out under his/her user name and password.
    We undertake to protect your account and to only give access to your personal data if you agree and for the necessary processing.
    When you change phones or delete the application and forget your password once you've reinstalled it, we make sure it's you and send you a message so you can access your account.
  • Your content : the content you create through the platform - videos, photos, comments and so on - we collect. And if you don't share content, we still collect information about you from another user's content through hashtags.
  • Your messages : you can exchange messages privately on the platform. We collect message content. Discussions will be encrypted and saved on a server indefinitely until the user deletes them. Your messages and personal data will be protected and encrypted so that they cannot be read by us or by third parties.
  • Information we collect about your friends, followers and other relationships: We collect information about your friends, followers, la-a-la account holders and other users and communities with whom you interact. This includes how you interact with them through our products and what you interact with most. This information may be used for marketing purposes to enable better service.
  • Contact information : if you give us access to your contacts, we will collect information about your contacts in your directory, such as their name, e-mail address or telephone number. We will use this information to find your contacts on the platform.
  • Purchases or other transactions : that you request information through La-a-la to deliver products and services to you, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.
    When you make a purchase or payment on la-a-la, we collect information about the purchase or payment transaction, billing address, delivery address and contact details, as well as the products you have purchased.
    You authorize us to use, store or process your personal information in order to deliver the products to you. We are prohibited from using your personal data for purposes that are contrary to our business and may harm you. Your data will only be processed for the purpose for which it was collected. La-a-la is committed to respecting the anonymity of your personal data.
    We collect your information on a consensual basis and are obliged to use it in a lawful and acceptable manner so as not to cause you any harm..
  • Financial information : we collect data related to your e-wallet on the platform. We automatically track the actions you perform there, such as reloads from your credit card or transactions and purchases, as well as the amount of money you have in your wallet. This action allows us to know whether you have the necessary resources to make a purchase for a given amount in a given time. As your wallet is a sensitive element in your relationship with our service providers, it must be monitored to ensure that you really have the resources you need to make your purchases, and to prevent any form of fraud.

We use the online payment platform https://cinetpay.com/ to top up your wallet on the application from your Flooz and T money mobile wallets or your bank account. We do not control this platform and cannot be held responsible for their failure, bad faith or privacy policy. The inclusion of this platform does not constitute an endorsement of the related digital tools and solutions.

  • Information when you contact us: when you contact us, we collect the information you send us, such as proof of identity or age, comments or inquiries regarding your use of the platform.
  • Technical information: we collect certain device and network connection information when you access the platform. This information includes your device model, operating system and system language.

We assign you a device ID and a user ID. When you log in from multiple devices, we use information such as your Device ID and User ID to identify your activity across all devices, to provide you with a seamless log-in experience and for security purposes.

  • Location information : when you activate access to La-a-la in your settings, we collect information about your location and nearby areas. This will also facilitate product delivery.
  • Usage information : we collect information on all the activities you carry out on the platform. How you use the application and your daily activities.
  • Data management : We may share your personal information with service providers who carry out commercial activities on the platform. They are required to process the information securely and only for the purposes specified. Your collected data will allow companies and other entities doing business on the application to have virtual invoices and statistics to elaborate and follow their communication and sales plan on the platform.
  • Data protection  : We do not collect personal data from minors. If we have done so unintentionally, please contact us to have the information removed from our database. If the data of minors must be collected, it will be done with the authorization of their parents.
    We recognize our responsibility to take all necessary measures to prevent online fraud and ensure that the data collected about you is stored securely, the protection of your personal data is guaranteed. We protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Your transactions are also protected. We ask you to do the same by securing your account in the best possible way and to report any suspicious actions originating from your account that you are not the author of.
    The information collected is processed electronically. You have a right of access, portability, limitation, rectification, deletion and opposition to the information concerning you by accessing your account settings.
    After deleting your account of your own accord, we observe a reasonable confirmation period of 30 days to ensure that the account has been deleted. We delete your data and content within one (1) month, which may be extended to three (3) months in special situations.
