These terms and conditions govern your use of La-a-la's social networking and e-commerce services.

Access to the platform's features is subject to the prior creation of a user account. When registering, the interested party is asked to provide personal information, including their country of residence, telephone number, and age group. Completion of the registration process implies full and complete acceptance of LAALA's terms and conditions, which are contractually binding on the user.

These terms and conditions govern your use of La-a-la products. We, as the company LAALA provide the platform, connect you with other people, you will have access to a part of their lives, they will share their daily lives with you and above all we allow you to know the process that led to a given situation or the thread of events or stories that lead to a result that is shared by the author. People who have succeeded in a project will periodically show you the process they went through or have gone through to achieve their goals. You won't just see a photo or video of the success, but the whole trajectory, so you can see the obstacles they had to face and not just be impressed by the result, but appreciate the effort, courage and determination shown by the author, the main purpose of the application. You could also do the same by sharing your experiences with other users just by creating La-a-la and sharing content on it (your photos, videos, texts or Lives).
Your News Feed will contain publications related to your interests, i.e. similar publications that you used to like.
You can also search the various elements of the platform, such as a La-a-la, a profil etc.
The platform allows all users, not only to create, post, share and interact with content, but also to interact with other people.

We guarantee the security and integrity of our services. We therefore prohibit the use of our products for harmful purposes. Any violation of our terms by an abusive user will be punished. Any person who misuses the application to harm others will be banned from the application. If the account has been reported and we are aware of the user's misconduct, and if the person's actions prove to be very serious, legal action may be taken by the victim or directly by us.

All publications must be legal and conform to good morals. No one is allowed to share content that may offend the sensibilities of those who will view said publication and damage the reputation and credibility of our application. For example, it is not allowed to publish a La-a-la about how someone paid for weapons to rob a bank, or how someone organized to rape or have sex with a minor.

It is forbidden for anyone to harass another user in any way. Harassment is a form of persecution consisting of a repeated series of hostile actions or words designed to demoralize and psychologically weaken the victim. Here, we'll be talking about cyberstalking, which consists in lashing out at a person on our social network through insults, rumors, rather inappropriate comments or the publication of content to denigrate the person targeted.

Threats and blackmail to publish photos, videos or compromising direct messages are totally forbidden. No one has the right to publish a video or photo relating to his or her intimacy or to the intimacy of another person, or any content that could damage a person's reputation. No content relating to violence or inciting revolt by any category of person may be published on La-a-la.

We neither encourage nor tolerate these attitudes on our application. Anyone found guilty of doing so may be subject to criminal prosecution.

The victim has the right to report the perpetrator. The victim has the right to lodge a complaint and bring the alleged offender to justice. We warn that any person guilty of sexual cyberstalking, threats or blackmail is punishable by imprisonment and a fine, or one of these two penalties according to the regulations in force in our country, Togo.

The Platform is interactive, and members of the Community are awarded grades based on their activities, and comments are also left. This reciprocal rating system enables us to remain vigilant about the professionalism and courtesy we wish to maintain on the Platform.

The rating is part of the public data of a user, a mediocre average, negative comments can make you lose access to the application after investigation.

This is an option that will enable users of the app who have an account to top up their online wallets with their mobile money (Orange,MTN, Wave,Moov money; Tmoney) and bank card accounts. This will enable them to give paid emoticons to a video, participate in groupings and tontines. Recharges are your responsibility, including any charges levied by mobile operators or banks. We guarantee to ensure that your wallet is credited with the recharged amounts and that the amount remains unchanged if you have not made any paying transactions on the platform. We guarantee the confidentiality and security of your information and financial activities. In the event of any irregularity, you can contact us and the appropriate measures will be taken.

This policy applies to all content on the platform that is protected by intellectual property rights.

La-a-la respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and we expect our users to do the same. As a condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree not to use the Services to infringe any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right, with or without notice, at any time and at our sole discretion, to block access and/or terminate the accounts of any user who infringes or is alleged to infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

Users retain full ownership of their data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Therefore, if you hold intellectual property rights over the published elements, these terms and conditions shall not alter them. However, to ensure the proper functioning of our services, you grant us a license to use them, the terms of which are specified below.

By creating, publishing or otherwise making available content on the platform, you grant La-a-la a license to:
- Non-exclusive (which means that you may license your content to others),
- Free (which means that we do not pay you for this license),
- Assignable (which means that we may assign the rights you give us to someone else),

You also grant each user of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access and use your content, including to reproduce (e.g. to copy, share or download), adapt or create derivative works (e.g. to include your content in its content), perform and communicate such content to the public (e.g. to display it) using the settings and features of the Platform for entertainment purposes, subject to your Platform settings.

Your licenses to La-a-la and users terminate when you close your account or when you, or we, remove your content from the Platform in accordance with these Terms. However, due to the nature of the Platform and our legal obligations, the license granted will remain in effect after the deletion of your content to the extent that we are required to store or process your content for legal reasons.

We undertake to provide the Platform to you with reasonable skill and care and to act with professional diligence for as long as we choose to offer the Platform to you. We will also take all reasonable steps to make the Platform a safe and secure environment for our users. We do not promise to offer the Platform forever or in its current form for any length of time.

The content on the Platform is primarily content provided by the people and businesses that use our Platform. In other words, La-a-la is not the creator of most of the content present on the Platform (although La-a-la may produce some content). Therefore, subject to any mandatory regulations or laws (including industry regulations or laws) applicable to La-a-la, we cannot and do not promise that any user-generated content you find on the Platform:
- is accurate, complete or up-to-date;
- does not infringe the rights of third parties;
- is lawful; or that it
- will not offend you.

In your use of La-a-la, you will be required to use songs. The conditions differ depending on whether you publish content on the platform containing music from the music library (when it becomes available) or from your personal device.

La-a-la may make available to its users a licensed music library from which songs can be selected for inclusion in videos. When you published a video that contained a song not from the library, you were obliged to confirm that you were the author or that you had permission to use the song in your video. Otherwise, if you have not been granted any rights, you should mention the source of the music, whether it's a sound recording or not.

Before adding music to your video, make sure you have the necessary authorization or rights. As a simple user, music may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The use of music for any other purpose is prohibited. We may be obliged to limit the length of the song used in your video. You may not modify or alter the fundamental character of copyrighted music unless you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so.

You may not use the music separately as a stand-alone audio file without accompanying video. The music must not be used illegally or for political purposes..

Some uses are authorized by law. There is music that is not protected by copyright and whose use is not prohibited or does not require authorization because it has fallen into the public domain. And certain uses of copyrighted works may benefit from an exception or limitation to copyright infringement, such as parody or pastiche, in jurisdictions that recognize the fundamental rights of the user.

La-a-la respects intellectual property rights. Right holders can report content on the platform that they see infringes their copyrights.

We may remove or mute your video if we find that you did not have permission on the music.

You can end your relationship with La-a-la at any time by simply closing your account and stopping using the platform.

It is important that you understand what happens to the content you create, publish or share on the Platform:

You are responsible for the content you make available on the Platform and you must have all the necessary rights to create, publish or share content on the Platform.

We check content proactively (through systems in place that detect illegal and harmful content) and reactively (for example: upon receipt of notification from users or authorities). To this end, we deploy a combination of technologies and human moderators. Our approach to content moderation is otherwise detailed.

La-a-la is not responsible for any content that will harm a third party. La-a-la will be held liable if it fails to meet its obligations.

In the event of disputes, La-a-la proposes an amicable decision. Where this fails, we will resort to mediation.

Your user account contains an electronic wallet that you can use to pay for the purchases and services you request. This wallet is funded by electronic money from your mobile wallet or by credit card. Once in your wallet, the amount is intended to be used only on the application. It cannot be converted, reimbursed, resold or exchanged between users, nor can it earn interest. The conditions of use of this amount may be subject to change, in which case you will be informed within a reasonable period of time. The balance of your wallet can be consulted at any time on the application.

You may not, without La-a-la's permission, license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise make available the Application to third parties; modify or create derivative works based on the Application; create internet links to the Application. You may not create a competitive product using the functionalities of the Application. It is forbidden for any person to pirate the Application's system, as this may incur extremely heavy legal or financial penalties..

We are not responsible for incorrect, false or fraudulent information provided by a user that causes harm to themselves or others.

We are not responsible for fraudulent actions committed by some malicious users.

We acknowledge our responsibility to take all necessary measures to prevent online fraud and ensure that data collected about you is stored securely.

La-a-la takes care to remedy any errors that may arise at any time and apologizes in advance. We cannot guarantee that the use of our platform will be for good or totally safe purposes. We will do our best to correct any such errors quickly and efficiently.

By accepting these terms of use, you agree to hold us harmless from any liability arising from your use of information from a third party or your personal information, from your use of any partner's products.

La-a-la is not responsible for any harm caused by any product or service.

In the event that La-a-la has reason to believe that there is inappropriate behavior or any suspicion of an instance of fraud, we reserve the right to block the user (or customer).

Any delay or inability to enforce the terms of this contract shall not constitute a waiver by us of our rights except in the event that our waiver is confirmed in writing.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and a contract, as well as all non-contractual obligations related thereto or arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Togo. In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to use amicable means and mediation before any referral to a competent court. Correspondence and contacts between users or customers shall be in French or English.

In the event that any provision of the Contract is declared null, illegal or unenforceable by any competent court or authority, such provision shall be deemed, to the extent necessary, not to form part of the Contract, the validity of the other provisions of the Contract not being affected thereby.

To access the platform you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. The page is only accessible to adults aged 18 and over. Minors under this age are not permitted. We check that our users comply with this requirement by means of surveys, and especially when entering into a relationship the age section is necessary in order to know what type of person we are dealing with. If we find that you are under 18, we will delete your account. You can persuade us otherwise by proving that this is a mistake on your part by filling in the part.

We ask you to be honest about your age. However, a minor may be a user if he/she is under parental authority or supervised by a guardian who recognizes him/her; otherwise, we decline all responsibility arising from his/her actions. They will be held responsible for their actions, or their parents for the actions of their child, depending on the seriousness of the act committed.

We pay particular attention to our users and do our best to have a good relationship with them. We take complaints very seriously and put our users/customers at the heart of our business.
