Animators are first and foremost users, who over time can create a profile in the Animator group to receive payments for their content. There are seven (7) different categories of animators on the platform:

- Artist Animator Profile: This profile is created by artists for their publications but in a process-oriented manner based on their projects, albums, promotions, challenges, etc.
- Company/NGO Animator Profile: The main role of this profile is to allow companies to advertise their products on the platform and receive statistics to readjust their strategy.
- Event Organizer Animator Profile: This profile allows event organizers to promote their events on the platform in specific La-a-la and monitor their progress.
- Influencer Animator Profile: These are profiles of content creators whose content revolves around their persona to become stars or influential figures.
- Third-party Content Creator Animator Profile: This is a content creator who will have a hidden profile and make publications in La-a-la using only a pseudonym on the platform.
- Cinema Animator Profile: This profile allows for the chronological publication of series, movies, and soap operas.
- Television Animator Profile: This profile allows TV channels to create their program under their profile and feed it with videos or other periodic publications, consolidated within a La-a-la.

Before activating the animator profile on the platform, the animator was previously a user. They are therefore required to provide the necessary information such as their country, phone number, and age range. In addition to this information, to finalize the procedure to become an animator on the platform, they must provide their ID and activate the appropriate profile in the Animator group. All this information must be real and accurate to avoid sanctions on the profile.

After meeting these requirements, the profile will be operational, and the author can create content as an animator. Once created, the account remains indefinitely unless the account's content violates our conditions, which may result in the deletion of the account. The animator also has the right and ability to delete their animator profile at any time or the account could be deleted by us if the content violates our conditions.

The main objective of the animator is to publish content. This content must be credible and capable of capturing the attention of users who will subscribe to the account to view the content. Indeed, the animator is paid based on the activities they conduct on the platform.

The animator's account must generate interest among La-a-la users to get views and receive payments.

Their content can revolve around their persona. They can also advertise other products or companies in their publications without owing anything to our company.

The animator must publish at least one piece of content per month to maintain their animator profile if their profile is free.

All animators are prohibited from publishing content that tarnishes the reputation of a person, or from making advertisements that are contrary to good morals and do not have a lawful purpose.

You may be prosecuted for obscene publications or for acts of invasion of privacy, defamation, and others.

Everything you publish as an animator is attributed to you. You alone, including the people you authorize, have access to your account and publish content, so this content must comply with the law, good morals, and our terms of use. Everything on your page is your responsibility. If your publications are illegal, you will be held responsible. Any publication that infringes on a person can be held against you before the competent authorities depending on the severity of the content. We can also take action against you if you tarnish our reputation.

All publications made by the animator profile entitle the animator to payment by La-a-la according to the terms.

Animators are paid based on the number of views their content receives, paid emojis that users give them during live sessions, or that they send directly to their accounts (which are directly available in the animator's wallet), and 'Friends' subscriptions. 'Fan' subscriptions are not paid. Payment statuses are automatically finalized on the 24th of each month, and payments are made on the 28th and the 4th of the following month.

Commitments
La-a-la commits to making payments to animators on time as soon as they have earned funds from their activities. As long as the animator has published content and received views, they will receive the due amount from us. If the animator does not publish anything, they should not expect payment. Their income is essentially generated by their publications. They are not required to constantly upload content, but whenever they do, they are entitled to their payments as long as the payment conditions are met.

On our platform, we guarantee animators a community and rewards based on the number of subscribers.

La-a-la commits to addressing claims, all claims regarding a payment failure or an erroneous payment, and if necessary, to restore the claimant's rights.

Rights
La-a-la has certain prerogatives such as placing advertisements or videos in your publications when needed. These may include advertisements related to La-a-la's activities, promotions of platform boutiques, or things unrelated to your content. La-a-la also reserves the right to suspend account activities for a period or to delete the profile when the published content is completely contrary to ethics.

Animator profiles are not subject to our company’s approval at creation but will be reviewed semi-annually. During this review, we must find the account information to be in compliance, otherwise, sanctions or account deletion may occur.
