Partner Terms and Conditions

All persons to whom these conditions apply are subject to La-a-la's General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

I - Summary

Partners will be independent and primarily serve as commercial representatives of the La-a-la company to the general public. They are not employees of the company and therefore have no rights vis-à-vis La-a-la apart from their commissions. They can delete their profile at any time without prior notice.

Partners will be present on both the senior and junior partner platforms. Partners are called 'senior' if they have recruited other partners, and 'junior' by the senior partner who recruited them. Each partner sets their own goals and seizes opportunities to create new profiles. When introducing a junior partner on the platform, a sponsorship system is established. The junior, when creating their profile on the platform, enters the senior's sponsorship code. The number of partners to recruit on the platform is unlimited and subject to each partner's objectives.

II - Creation of the Partner Profile

The creation of the partner profile will be completely free but subject to company review. A person can register as a partner independently but will be directly assigned to a senior partner who will be responsible for their orientation.

III - Role of Partners

Partners play three important roles on the application. They can create new stores, services, providers, etc., assist users in case of difficulties, and inform them of new features and opportunities.

IV - Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for the new partners they recruit or who are assigned to them and must ensure their good performance by coaching them. Partners must perform the services for which they are on the platform and will be responsible for the proper training of new partners.

They will be responsible for sharing new information with their junior partners and ensuring their training on new features or application updates.

They will play the same role of information sharing among partners, store managers, and others.

V - Obligations

Partners must fulfill the purpose for which they are on the platform. They must contribute to the development of platform activities. The partner's main activity will be to seek out and convince individuals and entities to create profiles, stores, or groupage entities on the platform. However, they are not obligated to achieve results.

They will be the first level of user (client) support before the company's after-sales service intervenes.

Partners must be the link between our company and third parties in terms of information and training.

They must provide necessary information about the stores they helped open and their junior partners when requested by the company or by legal authorities.

They must log in for online meetings or attend company convocations; otherwise, their profiles may be suspended, or payments blocked.

VI - Remuneration

They will be paid monthly based on their performance. Senior partners will additionally receive 10% of the income from all their junior partners they have recruited, as well as 5% if these juniors were directly proposed by the platform. The company will take 15% of the revenue from the stores, service entities, and others (including created advertisements) they have established. Partners are external and are not company employees, so they are only paid based on commissions. They will not receive a salary or any other form of benefits (insurance, communication credit, etc.) or assistance (in case of an accident or financial difficulties). The amount of their remuneration depends on the work they do on the platform.

The payment status is automatically closed on the 24th of each month, and payments are made on the 28th and 4th of the following month.
