General terms and conditions for business groups

Acceptance of the terms and conditions of the business group below also contains the general terms and conditions for users as well as our privacy policy.

I - Summary

Business groups are the core of e-commerce. They are the ones who offer the products and services available on the platform. This group consists of companies and individuals who want to do business on the platform by selling goods and services. The available profiles are as follows:

The Business Profile
This profile will combine all the features of other profiles in the group. For this profile, a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual fee will be paid by the owner, and this will entitle the owner to create and manage ten (10) entities (stores, supermarkets, groupage, office, etc.).

There is an option to choose a 'Business +' profile, which will have an unlimited number of entities on the platform with a fixed total amount that will be higher than that of the 'Business' profile. For this profile, the owner is free to create or not create their entities.

The Goods Profiles
The application offers three goods profiles:
  • The Store Profile: up to 100 items in the store
  • The Supermarket Profile: more than 100 items in the store
  • The Wholesaler and Semi-Wholesaler Profile: for bulk sales to resellers

The Service Profiles
The application also offers three service profiles:
  • The Intellectual Services Profile
  • The Home Services Profile
  • The 'Other Non-Intellectual and Non-Home Services' Profile: Transport, laundry, brokers, etc.

II - Obligations to Customers

As soon as you join the business group, as a store manager or holder of another activity, it is your responsibility to present the products and services that the customer would like to purchase or inquire about when they enter your store. When the customer approves and orders, you must accept the order (or reject it with a reason) within a maximum of three (03) minutes and promptly prepare the product or service for delivery or execution.

We strongly recommend that you deliver to the customer what they actually ordered or properly execute the requested service. If you mistakenly send a product that does not match what the customer ordered, it is your responsibility to replace it and cover the additional delivery costs.

False advertising is prohibited. The prices and fees that the customer sees on the platform must be accurate. The amount should not change when the customer decides to pay; the purchase price will be the price set in advance. Do not list items on the platform that you do not have in stock, and do not accept an order if you are aware that you do not have the item matching the customer's request. We promise a reliable platform, and we ask you not to tarnish our reputation.

Make sure you have experience with the services you offer. You should not use the platform to scam people in areas where you lack expertise. The product or service requested by the customer must be provided under good conditions and in the best possible manner. You must execute the service on the date or within the time frame indicated to the customer.

If the product has defects, you must inform the customer, as well as when the delivery of the ordered product is impossible or will be delayed.

Each store must have staff to be available and serve customers. These staff members should present the store's articles and services to customers who visit the store and properly welcome these customers. They should advise customers on the use of the products and provide them with all necessary information.

III - Your Obligations to the Company

To be able to conduct commercial activities on our platform, you must pay rent either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually to manage a number of commercial units according to the number you open on the platform. Creating a store is free with the first month's rent. The quantity of items you can have in your store depends on the profile you have chosen.

IV - Restrictions

You have the right to use the application for commercial purposes, but you must not, without the permission of La-a-la, license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, exploit in any other way, or make the application available to third parties in any way.

V - Legality of Products

All items you list in your stores for sale on the application must be legal and conform to good morals. No one is allowed to sell illicit products on the application, such as drugs, firearms, narcotics, etc. If we detect illegal activities on the platform from your store, we will be obligated to close the store.

VI - Your Rights

As a store on the platform, you have the right and the option to request a deposit before delivering the product when the number of products is substantial or the price is exorbitant. You may decide to sell on credit to a customer, assuming all the consequences that may result. La-a-la disclaims all responsibility related to selling on credit.

You have the right to claim cancellation fees when the customer cancels the order after a certain period (which will be specified on the application) that causes you harm. The customer is obligated to pay the fees either from their wallet or in cash. A customer who refuses to pay the cancellation fees may be banned from the platform.

VII - Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for any damage your products cause to a customer or any damage due to delivery delays if it is not attributable to the delivery person or the operation of the platform. You are responsible for all activities you conduct on the platform.

VIII - Complaints

In the execution of a service, a party may make claims when they are harmed.

You can write to us directly on the platform for your complaints, and we will address them, but they will be redirected to the store if it is directly concerned.

You can also report any breaches or bad faith of a store in the execution of the sales contract.

La-a-la is available by email at contact@la-a-la.com to receive all your complaints and requests that may arise during the relationship. If you feel that you have been wronged in your payments, contact us at the address, and we will respond promptly and do everything possible to restore your rights if possible.

IX - La-a-la's Responsibilities

La-a-la is not a party to the relationship between customers and stores. Its responsibility is not implicated in terms of product quality and the proper execution of the sale, and it cannot be a party to any disputes between the customer and the store.

La-a-la's responsibility is to provide a smooth-functioning platform and deliver all announced features.
